Drunken Noodle Recipe


Here is another delicious rice noodles stir fried with meat and fresh vegetables. Very easy to make and taste so great! See Drunken Noodle recipe below.
Ingredients 
one serving

300 grams of fresh noodles or dried flat rice noodles. (if dried noodles soak them in water for one hour first then weigh out 300 grams)
flank steak (or chicken, pork, tofu or seasfood) 150 grams cut up
one small tomato
2 cups cut brocolli or 100 grams
1 cup of Thai basil (or sweet basil)
1/4 of small oniion cut up
1/2 chlli pepper or jalpeno pepper ( for spicy use whole chili)
3 cloves of glaric smashed and chopped lightly
sweet black soy sauce
fish sauce
sugar
vinegar
1/3 cup cooking oil

Seasoning Sauce Mixture
In a small bowl mix well:

2 tablespoon fish sauce 
1 teaspoons sugar 
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sweet black soy sauce (See Ew)......If you can't find this you can make it yourself by mixing 2 parts soy sauce with one part sugar and cooking over slow heat till the mixture is thick like molasses

Preparation
  1. In a wok heat oil on high heat till smoky hot

  2. Add themeat , sliced chili peppers and chopped garlic. Stir quickly. Don't burn the garlic

  3. Add in the noodles and keep stiring

  4. Add onions and brocolli and stir

  5. Stir in the saesoning sauce mixture.

  6. Add tomatoes and chili slices and stir till vegetables

  7. Add Thai basil leaves. Stir quickly

  8. Turn off the heat

  9. Squeeze some lime juice over noodles
