Sien Savanh (Lao Beef Jerky) Recipe

Lao Beef Jerky or Sien Savanh is made from beef flank steak, which is thinly sliced in the shape of long strips. Marinated in a mixture of garlic, soy sauce, sesame seed, sugar, salt, and black pepper spices, such as ginger, peppers, strips are later dried in the sun for a whole day. Finally the beef strips are deep fried till they become brown and crispy. Very yummy to eat.
