A mysterious glowing objects or a UFO sighting was spotted on January 28, 2012 in Tolyatti, Russia. Several lights or lanterns were spotted moving slowly across the night sky above the city. These mysterious glowing objects were captured on camera by a witness who managed to record the incident for about ten seconds.
